Shipping

Hand-crafted treats are made to order and will be baked, processed and shipped to you within 4-5 days. Prepared orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If there is a delay that is expected to last more than 48 hours, you will be notified via email of the revised shipment date. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over $49.

Returns

Hand-crafted treats are perishable food items, and once shipped we CAN NOT accept returns. You should notify us within 24 hours of receipt if there is an issue with your product.
